Who?
The AnxietyBuddha is a man who is presently living his life being as present and in harmony with his anxiety as he can be in the given moment. He is on a journey in this life and has somehow brought along a suitcase of anxiety that is his for this time around. Sometimes his anxiety is high, sometimes it is low, sometimes it is not present at all—therein lies the adventure.
The AnxietyBuddha is not a practicing Buddhist. If you asked him if he was a Buddhist he would say no. He does find many of the ideas and philosophies of Buddhism very relevant to understanding and getting to the root of his own anxiety and has found this to be very powerful in awakening an understanding in him about his own anxiety that he previously did not have.
